Customer Service/ Inside Sales Position

We specialize in setting up equipment for events, installation and repair, service, and sales of audio visual technology equipment.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Inside Sales:
  • Answering incoming phone calls and be the ambassador of the company

  • Greet every team members and customers with a smile, energy, and enthusiasm every day.

  • Answer phone calls, customer inquiries, assist with providing quotes

  • Be the main point of contact for the customer and team to rely on.

  • Create Work Orders, review schedules and dispatch technicians

  • Contact vendors, complete Vendor application forms, provide insurance information to customers, and keep track of outstanding tasks that need to be completed and provide the customer and team with updates.

  • Administrative responsibilities such as helping the team be more organized, filing, photocopying, scanning, proof read and compose correspondences, double checking Work Orders and Quotes for completeness.

  • Keeping track of inventory and organizing inventory when needed

  • Help with occasional event set ups, deliveries and pick ups when needed.

  • Occasional after hours and weekends work may be needed based on customer demands

Minimum Requirements
  • A high school graduate and completed some college classes.

  • Excellent Customer Service, high energy and positive demeanor

  • Ability to work well in a close team environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent organizational, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail - achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task

  • High sense of urgency/initiative

  • Good computer skills

  • 6 months – 1 year of office administrative experience

  • Desire to learn and understand audio visual and technology functions to explain and demonstrate to the customer.

  • Ability to travel occasional to customer’s events and socials.

  • Possess reliable transportation and provide proof of vehicle insurance

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
